As soon as the documents have been destroyed, Shred-Rite will issue you a Certificate of Destruction. Your confidential material never leaves the premises of your building, and this certificate ensures that your documents are unusable.
Where is the material stored, and how do we prepare the material for shredding?
Shred-Rite is happy to provide you with as many consoles as you would like to place throughout your office. These bins are locked, and secure, and blend in with typical office furniture. Simply place any and all material that needs to be destroyed into these secure consoles. No need to remove paper clips, staples, bindings, or rubber bands. Shred-Rite’s top of the line equipment does that work for you.
How do I schedule a pick up time and how often do you come to shred?
Shred-Rite will adapt to your needs. With a convenient scheduled service, Shred-Rite will work with you to set a scheduled day to dispose of all sensitive material. What happens to all of the destroyed paper?
